Jocelyn Bennett is an experienced and empathetic loan writer who is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their goals – however big or small they may be.
“When arranging a loan, I’m completely focused on understanding exactly what my clients’ needs are. I see each client for their individual situation and keep their best interests at the forefront in every step of the process,” she says.
Jocelyn is passionate about delivering great customer service. “I genuinely want to help people and love meeting new people,” she says. She prides herself on being available, responsive and thorough, and implements a range of organisational and time management processes to ensure a positive, stress-free borrowing experience for her clients. With a flair for problem-solving, she also has the ability to explain complex matters in a simple, easy to understand way.
Jocelyn holds a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and worked in the industry for over a decade before joining the Mortgage Choice team in March 2019. “I started working for Bankwest back in 2008 and am very grateful for the fantastic opportunities and experience gained throughout my career,” she says. “Since becoming a mortgage broker and completing my Diploma, I have further refined my skills and proficiency in finance and lending.”
Based in Cockburn Central, Jocelyn has lived and worked in Perth her whole life and has a good knowledge of the area. She is fully mobile and can visit clients anywhere around Perth Metro area and surrounds.
