Matt has been an amazing mortgage adviser for us for the last 8+ years. Attention to detail left us being significantly short at settlement thousands of dollars, too many mistakes that shouldn't have happened.No responsibility taken for the mistake by the bank or broke,now we owe a real estate $$.
If I could turn back I certainly wouldn't do it again! The experience was not pleasant or exciting at all. Taking my complaint to AFCA, maybe they will help.

Overall the experience was good. Probably not so much your issue but more so the banks. We had problems with the digital signing of forms and had to repeat this several times over which delayed our settlement.

Not so familiar or experience with the process, details and charges. Communication is alright. Whenever I have a question, he will ask me to call the bank, however, the bank is pointing me back to the broker. Not so happy about that. Will need to improve.
ME bank process was very difficult as ME lawyers misplaced documents and it was very protracted taking nearly five months to move from CBA to ME which we found frustrating. Our advisor was very supportive through a difficult process

Paul Stammers went above and beyond our expectation of a broker. If it wasn't for him we wouldn't finally be building our home. Paul was even available on a public holiday, this was awesome our schedules often clashed. We couldn't speak more highly!!!

Matt does the leg work...no stuffing around...I hardly have to speak or deal with him unless to provide info...I just ask for his service and it is provided. As I went back for further brokering the same service applies. Hassle free efficient and that's the way it should be. I don't think I would bother with a bank simply because I just don't have the time to fluff around. He does all my paper work and I just sign papers.
