I received Matts details as a recommended Mortgage Broker from TrustedFinance on TikTok, my husband was skeptical but after our first communication with Matt we agreed he was the man to help us purchase our first home.
We spoke with Matt regarding where we were at and our plan to attempt to access the First Home Owners Grant. He advised us of what we needed and at what point we would need each item.
We ended up falling in love with a house prior to getting pre-approval. After a discussion with Matt, we put an offer on the house with a clause for finance pending. Obviously this then required paperwork to be submitted rather quickly.

Matthew is the best broker I have ever dealt with. He was quick to respond, flexible with the timing for our first meeting, he came on time and well prepared, listened to my financial situation and goals patiently. He negotiated the best deal with my current lender which I was trying for a year. I am able to save $200 a month now with his help and it did not cost me anything.
