Being first home buyers, it was essential that we engaged a mortgage broker that was willing to break down the lending process for us. He was generous with his time and ensured that our loan choices matched our preferences and specific circumstances. Would recommend to other first home buyers.
Michael helped us refinance our loan to get our first investment property. He guided us through the never ending paperwork from the bank, which we definitely wouldn't have got through without his help. Gave us a good breakdown of our options at the beginning and was there for us through the whole long process. Thanks

Michael was very thorough and provided comprehensive detail and advice in guiding me through my first home loan. He was very calm and professional when answering my questions and handling any issues that arose. Being an impatient person, I followed up often, especially over the short settlement period, and Michael was prompt in responding with updates.
The process seemed a bit unnecessarily long-winded which was a bit stressful as I was looking for a quick turnaround, but this seems to be due to Mortgage Choice processes rather than any fault of Michael's.
