Michael was a superb broker efficient, professional and understanding, particularly since my personal circumstances had become complicated. Communication was excellent, keeping me up to date with developments via email, as my mobile number was no longer functional. He also hand-delivered hard copies of the mortgage contract to the lender's solicitors after I'd inadvertently provided a work number to the lender that couldn't receive sms required for online verification. He coordinated everything efficiently and responded quickly to any emails I sent, even after hours. If you're looking for a stress-free mortgage broking experience, I can't recommend Michael enough. Finding a new home should be exciting, but determining mortgage options can be overwhelming. Michael made a personally difficult time not only more bearable, but not remotely overwhelming. NEED A MORTGAGE; CONTACT JULIE & MEGHAN You can't go wrong. November 2015 I contacted my bank to see if they could lower the rates on my two home loans but they refused,so I started an online application process with another bank and after a month of scanning and sending documents one got approved and the other rejected due to size of property (over 20 acres). Lot of wasted time on the computer. After that I thought I would try a mortgage broker that I had used before so they could handle all the hassles. Well I'm still waiting for them to ring me back. Ready to give up I spotted Julie Browne's advert on Facebook and thought I will give it one more go. After sending her a message on FB she rang me back within 10 minutes and we had a meeting a couple days later once I had all the info required together and as they say the rest is history. Two new home loans and saving me approx $200 per week. In Julie & Meghan's words these loans have been the most difficult loans they have had to deal with. We had a few problems along the way (bank taking their time) Julie & Meghan kept at them all the time and kept me up to date every step of the way either by email or phone calls.
