Mike Hannaford has exceeded our expectations once again. We were due to renew our loan contract and Mike secured us a better rate with a competitor and handled everything. We have been with Mike Hannaford for 20 years and would not consider using any other broker for our needs.
Mike was absolutely wonderful to deal with. This is the 2nd time we have used him. He is very thorough and takes the time to clearly take you through all the steps and any potential concerns. He went out of his way to meet with us where/when it was convenient for us. I will continue to recommend him and use him going forward if need be.
Mike is a brilliant, effective communicator who was able to meet several times to suggest the best loan solution that suited my specific needs and requirements. He followed all things up and made the whole process an ease.

Mike Hannaford has helped up over the years with house finance, re-finance, and everything else inbetween! We appreciate what Mike does for us. He makes our life easy as I don't have to talk direct to the banks. Mike gives us plenty of options and helps with what is best for us. He is readily available and has never let us down. Mike keeps us up to date with different processes, and explains it in my terms so I fully understand what is happening! Mike was very committed to finding the best option for me,even taking into account that I wanted to renovate the property and hence required a bigger loan - the residual which was not required at settlement and for which I do not pay for until I actually use it - a great option for me. Mike made the whole process of purchasing/settlement very easy and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. (in interests of full disclosure, Mike is my brother-in-law - lucky me!)
