Nicolle was an enormous support throughout the process especially with it's changing circumstances. Nicolle was prompt, professional and kept us informed along the way.
Not the first time we have used her services and still would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family.
We couldnt have had a better experience with Nicolle. Ive spoken to a few brokers over the course and none have been as kind and professional as Nicolle and her team.
Nothing was ever an issue and Nicolle was always prompt in responding to queries and really took her time to ensure that the best solution was created for us. Nicolle is an outstanding broker and made the process so seamless.

My business partner and I asked Nicolle to help us with an investment loan and also a separate commercial loan for our medical practice business. Her approach, application to the job at hand and effectiveness in negotiating on our behalf have been nothing less than absolutely outstanding. Nicolle provided the type of exceptional service that is not all that easy to find these days. This was a difficult process requiring extra demands on her time which she more than happily did, and it would have been next to impossible to navigate without her help and expertise. She also set up an offset loan facility for me personally which will save on significant interest repayments. We certainly wouldn't consider anyone else for our future lending needs.

I went to see Nicolle just prior to Christmas as I was having issues with my current bank in getting a new house loan. It is now just 11th January and my loan is already approved. It has been a super easy and fast process to get things done. Nicolle is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I could not have asked for a better process as things went smoothly and even when the bank requested additional documents this did not stall things as I sent them straight to Nicolle who forwarded them on even when she was on leave. Nicolle is an absolute star, she spent over 2 hours with myself and my partner discussing mortgage options, even though we didn't intend to buy for some time yet, she laid out what we would need to do over the coming couple of years, it was really refreshing and easy and she was just amazing to work with!
