Highly recommend Nic She was always available to answer any questions and give advise also a pleasure to deal with. Extremely friendly and approachable. Worked tirelessly to help us get our dream home. We will be using her again in the future
Nicole has been wonderful to deal with when negotiating and coordinating our recent mortgage initiation and changes. She delivered a professional service. She ensured all timelines were met despite several complications from the bank perspective. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her. She truly went above and beyond our expectations.

Nicole came up to many barriers in assisting me with my loan. Each time she was able to navigate the problem extremely quickly! Nicole was fantastic at keeping me calm, finding loan options to suit my needs and getting us into a home despite me having many obsticles to overcome. Nicole was calm with me, helpful in EVERY way and gave us the option to have a home for ourselves. Prior to this we were homeless and couch surfing, Nicole didn't give us a house she gave us back our life gave us stability and gave us a place to make happy memories!

Nicole was fantastic. Being self employed and having two businesses can be tricky with getting finance. Nicole guided the process and knew exactly which banks didn't have issues with self employment and business ownership finances.
