Being unfamiliar with the process, Odette provided me with the guidance and knowledge I needed to buy my first home with confidence. Odette was also very responsive, and always available to help me with time sensitive tasks. Oddette was beyond amazing. Being a first home buyer and going through this with no previous experience was a scary though but Oddette guided us through with ease and care. She answered our questions, reanswered the questions and even predicted questions. She never made me feel that I was asking silly questions. Odette managed to pull all sorts of strings to have our paperwork and loan processed in record time. By participating in an email trial, we received our documents from the bank on Tuesday afternoon. We printed them out, signed them, and posted them by express post a few hours later. The bank received them and processed the loan the next day. By the end of Thursday we had the funds in our account. Thanks to Odette, a process that would normally take up to 2 weeks was completed in 3 days.
