Peter Solomon is the most professional and efficient mortgage broker I have ever dealt with. He and his team are skilled, and extremely experienced. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I cannot recommend Peter and his team enough.
I was very happy with Peter's service in finding me the best options for a new mortgage once mine came off it's fixed rate in April. Being time-poor there was no way I had the ability to search through all the lenders and try to compare them against each other. It is very disappointing that despite being with my previous bank for about 15 years they only offered me a better rate when I asked them for the discharge forms to go elsewhere. It is true that you pay a tax for loyalty. When it costs you nothing to have Peter shop around for you it's crazy to pay that tax

I have had the pleasure of working with Pete Solomon and his team at Mortgage Choice Currimundi twice over 3 years. Both times my transactions have been right before Christmas involving challenges in relation to timing complexity. Pete's team have well exceeded even my high professional expectations to ensure my transactions went off without any problems, on-time, in my most recent transaction the team were able to work seamlessly with my solicitor banks to bring forward settlement urgently with virtually no notice. Where to start and what to say. Any words of amazing, incredible or the likes would be an understatement. For those reading this reading this that have not had Pete help them for a home loan will know how frustrating and emotionally draining it can be trying to get a home loan. After multiple knock backs from the general route the big 4 , I was just about ready to give up. As a last ditched effort I thought using a mortgage broker cant hurt. A phone call to Peter Solomon and a few weeks later Pete had secured me a loan with one of the big 4 at an interest rate lower than what hey had been advertising. Not only was Pete and his team friendly and easy to deal with, I was made to feel part of the family and not just a number.
