Rita made buying our first house a very simple, calm and an easy process. The time she invested into us was incredible and the time she took to explain complex terminology, she's definitely to be commended for. I was looking into Domain and saw a property that seems to be within my capacity to purchase. I put in all details in Mortgage choice webpage and was told someone would get back to me within 24 hrs, to my surprise Rita called me back within 10 minutes very professional but yet friendly she took me through the financials, and it became clear to me where I stood. In the next few weeks, I did a whole lot of market research and inspected few properties, I liked a particular one and on my excitement I message Rita after hours on a Saturday evening. Rita was in the middle of a family emergency but she call me right away. We talked for a good half an hour and I was very clear on what I had to do to obtain that property. Long story short I managed to settle the property soon and being my first property very exciting times ahead for me.

Rita was referred to me by my sister, who raved about how amazing she was when securing their mortgage. So, I thought I'd talk with Rita about my situation. That was the best decision I made as Rita was outstanding at explaining the process, rates, options and obstacles I may face.
Many brokers can explain the lending process, but what makes Rita so exceptionable and trustworthy is she tells you how it is. She laid out what I could and couldn't do with my financial circumstances and provided numerous avenues for me to achieve my goals of owning my own home. No amount of questions was ever too much, and I always felt comfortable asking what may have been silly questions. There was no smoke and mirrors, everything was clear, and I completely understood my options, position and what I could look for in the market.
Rita doesn't stop there. She is with you throughout your journey or roller coaster from start to finish. Having arranged my pre-approval Rita was available to give me advice and pep talks when putting in offers on houses no matter the time. These chats weren't a quick 2-minute conversation. Rita cares and understands just how big a decision this is and helped me navigate the world of real estate agents and strategies to secure my house.
Her problem-solving ability is second to none. I faced challenges left right and center from banks and Rita went to bat for me against two banks, ensuring I had the best deal, which I can only describe as the mortgage broker version of an elite SAS soldier.

Rita made the process of purchasing simple and stress free. She spoke in language we could understand. The apartment we purchased ended up being more than we applied for. Rita took care of this with the bank. She liaised with our solicitor and when the loan was progressing well she suggested we bring forward the settlement date which meant we were not rushed and stressed on moving day Her attention to detail and responsiveness was impressive. We felt we were dealing with a friend. We will certainly be using Rita for our next loan.

I recently retired after working many many years - most recently I worked overseas and returned to Australia due to the Covid and border closure situation. I am writing this positive review and hope that others in a similar situation as me will not give up obtaining a Mortgage for the right reason. I am sure that for most people who are working and have a regular income - its easier to get a mortgage . However, its not that easy for retirees , with no regular income , even though you have assets .
Working with Rita on the mortgage journey at this stage of my life was a comforting and positive experience . She is an expert in the field and was able to guide me with advice and options appropriate to my situation.
