Michael was excellent as always , he knows his job

Sandra was patient, supportive and professional. It took me over a year to find a property that suited my needs and Sandra was on top of things the whole way through, making sure my pre approval never lapsed and recommending a new lender when a better rate came along. 100% recommend Sandra to help you with your mortgage.

Sandra continues to exceed all expectations and I wouldn't consider going to anyone else. She kept me sane during a property purchase from a less-than-awesome real estate agent (and during lockdown!) and kept everything moving smoothly on our end. Couldn't be happier.

Considering we where in the middle of lockdown and other covid restrictions Michael did a fantastic job communicating and getting my loan across the line. Definitely will use Michael again and have recommended him to many friends and family already.

There were a lot of ups and downs in the process of securing a loan and then finalising the purchase and Michael was diligent in keeping pressure on the bank as needed to make it happen as quickly as possible.

Sandra Dennis took the time over the years of our association to learn and follow the needs of my family. She knew our circumstance so well that when she received news from a Big 4 bank on a policy change with regards to income assessment she was in touch immediately and able to guide me through to a successful refinance which actually meant keeping the roof over our heads!!
My adviser was exelant in my opinion he went above and behond to help me even through the process of when it was time for my case to go through the convaencer i could get more infomation from mr Dennis then any of the other parties involved he real was outstanding very good person

Re-financing 3 separate home loans (2 of which are for serviced apartments), anomalies in valuations and just to cap it off, I was the innocent victim of identity theft, End result was that my re-financing took almost 12 months and Michael was the only person that kept me sane during this entire pain staking process and was on top of every potential scenario to achieve the end result. I can not thank Michael enough for his knowledge & experience and light hearted humor along the way.

Michael is a very friendly and nice man, but sadly he failed to get back to me several times and failed to keep me informed throughout the process which was very frustrating. Michael claimed the same old and well used 'phone problems' but really, if your phone is your business I would get a new phone. I am still waiting to hear from him regarding some questions he took away from our last appointment over two weeks ago and he has not replied to my enquiry regarding a line of credit which was also over two weeks ago. Regretfully, I have moved on to another mortgage broker.

I have dealt with Michael for about 12 years and we have met face to face only once in that time. When he and Sandra started with Smartline I was not sure how this would affect our relationship. I have to say that, if anything, the service and advice provided is even better and recently when I was going overseas he went out of his way to make sure that the documents were availabel for signature before I left, and when there was later discovered to be an error, Sandra liaised with the bank to ensure a satisfactory outcome. I actually read the regular updates provided by Smartline as they are presented in a readable layman style that I can understand.I am very happy with the advice and information provided.
