Offering honest, well-considered lending advice, attentive service and practical assistance throughout the application period, Dennis works closely with every client to help them access well-structured loan solutions to achieve both short- and long-term financial objectives.


“At Mortgage Choice, we can access a great range of products to suit a range of circumstances, and we’re happy to assist all borrowers looking for the security of bricks and mortar,” Dennis says.


Dennis has been in the finance/lending industry for more than 20 years, and his mortgage broking business is built on referrals, recommendations and repeat engagements from happy clients.

Simona is a people-focused and approachable broker with 20-plus years’ experience in the finance industry.

After working as a lending manager in major banks, she wanted to use her expertise to help clients attain their property goals, and joined husband Dennis Mrljak in opening a mortgage broking franchise.


With her extensive knowledge of the various lending structures and policies available to today’s borrowers, Simona can assist with all areas of mortgage lending – from taking first-home buyers through the ropes to establishing complex mortgage-minimisation structures.


“Being able to make an informed decision is crucial for a client seeking a mortgage,” explains Simona. “So I try very hard to provide our clients with all the alternatives to enable them to make the right choices.


“The best aspect of the job is dealing with clients and helping them to structure their loans – and telling clients they have had approval always makes my day!”

Michael is a dedicated and very knowledgeable mortgage broker who will ensure you get the right loan solution every time.


Friendly, approachable and professional, Michael strives to provide the best customer service possible. He believes communication and rapport are the key to being a great mortgage broker.


“Keeping the lines of communication open between broker and client is crucial,” he says. “I am passionate about listening to my clients as this is the only way I can fully understand their needs, and ensure I provide them with a solution that matches their individual requirements. Equally, I am available at any time for queries and discussion. I make sure my clients understand all their options so they can make informed decisions.”


Michael also firmly believes in honesty and transparency. “I’m always upfront with clients about loan expectations and approval times. That said, I will also go the extra mile for my clients, so if there’s anything I can do to make something happen, I will.”


With more than 10 years of experience in lending, including working at one of the major banks, Michael is extremely knowledgeable about the various loan solutions on the market as well as bank policies and procedures.


“My clients are my top priority,” he says. “My main aim is to assist my clients to achieve the best result possible in terms of their lending to help them build a financially successful future.”


Michael lives and works in Parramatta in western Sydney and can assist clients in nearby areas.

When arranging a home or investment loan for her clients, Lorraine Boxsell aims to minimise their anxiety so they can enjoy purchasing their new property and find the home loan experience an easy one.

Lorraine always listens closely to her client’s financial needs so she can tailor a finance package suited to their requirements. She knows that each situation is unique and you need a loan just for you. “My clients vary from first home buyers to seasoned investors, clients looking to access the equity in their homes or carry out home improvements. Whatever your situation, I can help,” she says.

Lorraine utilises her 25 years banking and finance experience to help her clients choose a loan that’s flexible enough to meet their needs today and in the future. She keeps them informed each step of the way through the loan process. “I take the time to explain every step of the home loan process so that my clients have a thorough understanding of their mortgage and are confident in their choices,” Lorraine explains.

Lorraine believes her role as a mortgage consultant is ongoing, even after the settlement of her client’s property. She stays in touch with her clients in the subsequent years to ensure that their loans are still meeting their financial needs.

Lorraine takes great pride in knowing that she is helping others to achieve their financial goals. She believes she is providing a level of service beyond what is available from most banks. “Most of my clients are referred to me and it is a wonderful compliment when my clients frequently recommend my service to their family, friends and work colleagues,” she adds.
