I contacted Dennis specifically because my bank's lender was very difficult to get time with. I came in to this with little knowledge about securing a mortgage on my own, and no confidence around what to do. All I knew was that I needed someone who would be able to explain the process and present me with options to consider - without any pressure to make a particular choice. I was working through a property division and had no patience to deal with a pushy salesperson. Dennis was reccomended to me by friends with very high standards and I am pleased to say that Dennis has exceeded my expectations. After helping me define what loan features I wanted, Dennis presented me with several offers and applied no pressure as I considered which to apply for. He has been approachable, patient, and willing to re-explain things I was confused about. He even intervened when there were settlement delays caused by the discharging bank. After a dreadful few weeks trying to organise a home loan directly with a \'Big Four\' bank, we called Dennis in desperation. In only a few days he secured us a loan with another bank and we now have our lovely new home. We couldn\'t be more grateful and couldn\'t recommend Dennis any more highly.

We applied for a renovation loan/ adjustment to our current mortgage. We experienced a much longer delay for the loan approval than we were originally lead to believe.
