“It’s not about getting a home loan, it’s about how to get rid of your home loan!” can be constantly heard repeated in Stuart’s office.
Stuart has spent the last 18 years helping clients purchase their dream home, pay it off and secure their financial future. “We want to form long-term relationships with our clients and be their personal financial trainer. Navigate them through the highs and the lows. That’s never been more important in today’s environment where banks and other lenders are making so many out of market, interest rate movements” says Stuart. “You start off with what you think is a cheap loan and in six months’ time, it’s blown out the window”.
“Every client requires a different lending solution,” he adds. “We analyse the personal situation of each client to tailor loan solutions, as well as providing ongoing strategies and hacks to pay off their home loan fast. Further to this, we are able to assist clients with their property purchases by providing reports with the latest property data analytics. These reports are a great resource, whether you are an experienced property investor, or starting out to buy your first home.
As a result of Stuart and his team’s commitment, the majority of new clients come from referrals. “It’s really satisfying getting a warm thank-you letter,” he says. “And it’s great when happy clients refer you to friends, family and colleagues. It’s the nicest compliment you can receive.”
Outside of work Stuart is a sports fanatic; a loyal Parramatta and Waratahs supporter and an avid cricketer. He can also be seen barking instructions as the coach of his twin boy’s rugby team on chilly Saturday mornings.
