Stuart Craig is fantastic. I recommend him to everyone I know who is even thinking about a loan in the future. He has always been available to answer my questions and assist in any way possible. We spoke with many institutions & brokers in regards to our home loan. Upon speaking with Stuart, he seemed to know where we were coming from & cared about our future. With most other brokers we were just another account to them. I would (& have) personally recommended Stuart to my friends looking to enter the mortgage club.

When I found out Stuart Craig was on leave I was at first horrified I'd have to buy the new house with someone new. Very soon though i found out that Karen is just as fantastic. She kept us up to date at all times and even called us when she was on holiday and just before she went into hospital. I even got a text when she was in hospital! Karen is very approachable and wonderful to deal with. We would use her again as our broker without hesitation and have already told others about her. Thank you!!

Stuart worked so hard to secure our loan after a series of complications following an unfortunate double rate rise which threatened our borrowing capacity.
