Terry is a very professional, friendly and honest Mortgage Broker who always answered my queries promptly and got me the best rate. Pre approval was so fast. Im so happy with my house purchase in Umina. I would recommend Terry to anyone for all your home loan or Financial needs.

Terry is amazing
He went above and beyond to help refinance my mortgage within very tight deadlines over the crazy ChristmasNew Year period. Nothing was too much trouble. Terry was happy to meet face-to-face and take calls outside of normal business hours. He calmly answered every one of my questions while coordinating responses to the banks' numerous requests for additional information. Mortgage Choice were terrific. Terry refinanced our 2 investment loans and we are now saving 460 per month. The loans were only small, but Terry had them combined so that we qualified for a 3,000 cashback for refinancing. I highly recommend Terry for refinancing.

I highly recommend Terry from mortage choice to anyone looking to secure a mortage. I was also referred to him by a friend. I am first home buyer and had very limited knowledge about the process. We explored many options and we found a good lender for a low interest rate. The whole process was smooth, well communicated and i was kept up to date every step of the process. Terry was great. I'm self employed and my bank turned me down. He was able to find me a different bank who accepted my financials and gave me a home loan.

His style was relaxed , transparent and extremely communicative, whether it be via email and/or phone. Nothing was any trouble - even personally delivering documents to my front door , as opposed to using a courier service. Or, printing off documentation for me knowing that I did not have a printer at the time. It has been a challenging time as the property hunt took a while plus adding several interest rate rises into the mix in the process! Terry kept us abreast of all upcoming rate changes, etc, and any additional costs to us, ensuring everything was clear and understand - all in a very timely manner. With all the rate rises, he continued his research and found us a better deal and was not content for us to remain with the current financial institution. Terry took out all the stress and anxiety one experiences when purchasing. I could go on and on. If you're interested in real estate as a first home buyer or investor, I would, without reservation ,recommend Terry as your broker.

Terry was so helpful with my purchase of my first home He was able to answer all my questions I had a lot and was super helpful throughout the whole process, keeping me up to date with everything that was going on He was able to come to me after hours to assist with paperwork with which was so handy as I am a full time worker, and was always a phone call or text away when I had any questions. Being a single family and me not really understanding what to look for and what would best suit my situation, I found Terry to be responsive, interested and engaging to help me understand and point me in the right direction to re finance. This has saved me 7 years off my mortgage keeping my repayments relatively the same as before. Terry explained all steps to me, he provided me with choices and kept me informed through out the process of re financing. I didnt really have to do a thing he did it all for me. I would highly recomend Terry, for anyone who wants to improve their financial position understand their options.
We definitely found the right person to help with the purchase of our home when we rang Terry. We were pretty discouraged after another well known major national mortgage broker refused to help us. As a self employed couple in our 50's, without an existing mortgage and only needing about half of the purchase amount for a moderately priced home we didn't seem to fit anyone's criteria, they didn't want to be bothered with us. Terry went out of his way to guide us through all the information we needed to get together, who to approach and how to present our case. In the end it was simple and straightforward for us at least, although I suspect Terry worked very hard on our behalf for not a lot of return. We are so grateful for his patience, perseverance and hard work and will enthusiastically recommend him to anyone who asks, in fact even if they don't ask

Great advice ......Purchasing a house through the COVID period definitely made things difficult and more time consuming than 'normal', but having Terry guide us through the process, providing quality advice, made things less stressful. We found Terry very approachable and very good with communications via phone and mobile which again assisted the process.
