Hi, I’m Todd Coleman, and I’m a mobile mortgage broker with Mortgage Choice.

I’m based in the Inner West, having been a long time local it is an area that I know pretty well.  But because of COVID and the shutdowns, I have also been able to provide home loan advice to clients from Noosa to Melbourne.  So it is easy to catch up for a coffee in a local café and work out your lending needs, but I can also do zoom meetings to help with new home loans or reviewing and refinancing existing loans.

I’ve owned my own Mortgage Choice business since 2018, but I also have 23 years of experience in the banking and finance industry.  I have worked for local and international financials firms, and I have loads of experience in working with business owners and helping to solve their lending needs.

My job is to help you find a home loan that best suits your needs, and not the loan that suits the banks.  With so many people being time-poor, I can do the leg work to reduce the stress of the mortgage application process.  I work with you to select the mortgage options that suit you, and then I manage the entire mortgage process for you, all the way through to settlement. This includes regular updates to you and communication with your lender and legal representative.   As a home-owner and property investor myself, I understand my clients' needs very well and enjoy being able to help get the best outcomes.
