Todd is a pleasure to work with made the process an easy one.
Todd was my mortgage broker for my first home purchase. He was responsive and supportive throughout the process, which was reassuring for a first-timer. I would recommend him to others seeking a mortgage broker.
I am very happy with the service received from Todd and will gladly recommend him to anyone. He helped me through this new and scary process and even though my loan amount is very small he gave me all of his time and helped me every step of the way.
Todd doesn't just do home loans .

Todd facilitated the refinance of our commercial property and residential home. We found the whole process totally professional and efficient. He was in touch throughout the process and maintained excellent communicaton. He was able to source a very competitive offer from a bank that we have never previoulsy used or considered. As a professional accountant my-self, I appreciated the transperancy and honesty that he showed, something which is lacking in many mortgage brokers. Owning a business my-self, I know that he can also assist in sourcing finance for commercial loans and vehicles.
Todd's service is outstanding. He helped me to refinance during a difficult period to a much more suitable mortgage package and at a much better rate . He went out of his way to personally deliver documents to me to ensure that all the paperwork was submitted on time.
