Wayne was so helpful. Ive been to see a few different brokers and they all couldnt get me a loan, they were also quite rude probably because they know my case was a bit tough and just couldnt be bothered to deal with me. Then I found Wayne just by google, Wayne was so patient and efficient. He was on time when he came to see me for a consultation more than an hour drive for Wayne to come to my house. He then delivered a few options as promised and on time. Were able to explain things in simple plain English, and managed to help us secure a home loan with great rates. Since then, I recommended Wayne to a few friends of mine, they all said similar good things about Wayne. Ive been with Wayne for the good past 7 years, with ongoing and frequent reports on ongoing market trends, change in new laws, political decisions, and he is always able to break it down for me in the email what it means for me personally and what I could do to protect myself for the future financially.
