Mortgage Broker 

Xia Xia is a knowledgeable, award-winning mortgage broker who genuinely cares about her clients and prides herself on her attention to detail.

A long-time Sydney resident, Xia Xia has more than 15 years’ experience in banking and lending. prior to becoming a mortgage broker in 2019, she enjoyed a long and distinguished career with one of Australia’s largest banks. She has helped hundreds of clients with their mortgage finance needs, including home loans, investment loans, business loans, asset finance, and commercial loans. In 2017, she was awarded No. 1 Banker of the Year in a Private Bank’ in recognition of her outstanding customer service.

Using a holistic approach, Xia Xia takes the time to listen to her clients’ unique needs and understand their circumstances. She begins by asking myriad questions to ensure she has the full picture. Then, using her in-depth knowledge of the finance and lending industry, and drawing on Mortgage Choice’s extensive panel of lenders, Xia Xia matches the most suitable loan choice to her client’s specific requirements.

But it doesn’t end there. Xia Xia also develops a strategically long-term approach when assessing the loans for her clients, and she supports them every step of the way throughout the process.

“I get most satisfaction from understanding and working with a variety of clients, learning their unique needs, providing solutions for those needs, and staying in touch with them for the long term, to ensure I can provide fresh lending solutions when circumstances change,” she says.

Based in Sydney, Xia Xia is fully mobile and can service clients in the inner west, eastern suburbs and northern suburbs. She can assist borrowers with home loans, refinancing and investment loans.

Mortgage Broker 

After graduating from UNSW with a degree in Finance and Accounting, and working for two years at an Australian bank’s asset finance division, Jonathan has found his niche as a mortgage broker with Mortgage Choice.

Jonathan is highly details-oriented and says that his experience working in banking operations has equipped him with the specialist knowledge and skillset to manage the administration side of lending. “This, together with my client-facing experience, means I provide a truly end-to-end lending solution for the client.”

In order to achieve positive outcomes for each client, Jonathan tailors his service, communication and advice according to their individual preferences, circumstances, and aspirations. 

“I believe it’s essential for a successful mortgage broker to be able to understand the client’s needs in the same way they see it themselves,” he says. “By putting yourself in the client’s frame of reference, it’s possible to harness personal bias in a positive manner to provide more relevant lending advice which is to the ultimate benefit of the client.”

Arranging finance can often be a daunting proposition for many clients, but Jonathan helps his customers navigate the process by providing clear explanations and guidance. “I aim to deliver value by developing and implementing efficient processes and systems that ensure a worry-free lending experience for my clients.”

Jonathan can assist with all types of loans including first home buyers, existing home refinances, investment properties, commercial lending, motor vehicles and asset finance. 

He is based in Sydney, and provides a fully mobile service metro-wide. He can also work with clients in regional NSW or interstate.
