Avoiding Lenders Mortgage Insurance:
Usually, if you borrow more than 80% of the property's value, you would be required to pay Lenders Mortgage Insurance (or LMI) which can cost thousands of dollars. If you are eligible for a "medico package" loan, you may be able to borrow up to 95% without paying LMI and up to 100% for the fit out of a clinic or place of business.
Special discounts on interest rates:
Some lenders on our panel offer special discounts and low interest rates to Allied Healthcare Professional. This can save you thousands over the life of the loan and help you get your loan paid off quickly.
Genuine Savings:
Confirmation and validation of 5% genuine savings may not be required for applications.
