Using a guarantor to buy your home
We get it - saving up a 20% deposit for your home is difficult, especially when you are renting at the same time. Unfortunately, without a 20% deposit, you will need to pay Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI), which can add a significant extra cost to your home-buying budget.
