Anthony is an absolute gem He made refinancing my home loan seem effortless. Numbers aren't really my thing and Anthony explained everything down to the smallest detail so that it all made perfect sense. He was flexible with appointments fitting in around my shiftwork. His warm and friendly manner and big smile made you feel like you were his only client. I would recommend Anthony to all my family and friends.

I always wanted to live bank and all lending institutions and broker discouraged me by saying they wouldnt be able to help as my house value did not rise to increase my equity but Anthony was different right from very first day. He helped me to secure the 2.09 limited offer with ANZ which is 1 less than what I was paying. Me and my wife are both great fun to him and his team. Now I can enjoy extra 500 a month in my pocket. Don't want to sound like a typical satisfied customer with a polite but predictable comments about great service received. So here is my very personal experience I am happy to share with others: With good credit history, stable full time job, no debts and ability to borrow from any bank I was sceptical about the need of getting services of a mortgage broker. All it took one RBA's borrowing rule change and some banks were no longer an option the others were not responsive. Anthony managed to navigate quickly and confidently thru the changes, being realistic, professional and very quick at all times. I have now 3 properties in South Sydney in my name compared to only one earlier this year. Would not recommend doing that to anyone but my last property I bought while travelling overseas. The day before flying out I called Anthony about a very desirable property being put on the market next door. It was hard work for him I am sure but we managed to get faxes, signatures, contracts, witnesses just in time. Can you get this kind of service from a bank? Sunday 8 pm calls from a customer from another time zone asking for an update? That experience made me to appreciate his commitment and professionalism even more.Having a broker like Anthony is now a necessity, especially with my plans to change to self managed super in real estate.

Time was against him from the get-go yet he managed to get my loan approved within 48 hours and then went above and beyond on the day of settlement and actually delivered the cheques personally to the settlement agent.
