This is the second time Tweed Heads Mortgage Choice have arranged a home-loan top up and both times have been a smooth and efficient experience. The team at Tweed Heads, Dawn, Ben, Karen and Jack could not have been more helpful, friendly and efficient.

Dawn and the team at Mortgage Choice were so helpful from the moment I contacted them. After having so many issues with the banks for all sorts of reasons, being able to hand it all over to Dawn was so wonderful.

After dealing with the bank and a first mortgage broker and being told that we were unable to secure the finance we required for our new home, we were recommended Mortgage Choice. Dawn and Ben were absolutely brilliant They got the money secured for our build in a fast and timely matter. Such a hassle free experience and I couldnt believe how easy it was after loosing hope of ever getting finance. Could not fault them and would use Dawn and Ben again in the future. Dawn is your all in one loan application team, first as the calming support to get you through the jitters, a caring support to help you clear your head you can go through what you need to get things started she is then the guide to take you down the track of checking the lay of the land whether prospects are good or not. Dawn then plays the secretary making sure you collect all the correct data you are going to need. All the while you are kept in the loop so you never feel out of control.
Dawn is also the negotiator on your behalf when all the preliminaries have been done she clearly shares your real options, When you are then bombarded with the paperwork she is right with you to walk you through it.
