Ive worked with Deslie and her team for over 4 years now. They helped me buy my first home when I was single, fixed my home loan back when it was 2.29 which saved me lots of money over the years, helped me refinance my current mortgage this year, and now they are helping my partner and I buy our first home together and navigate the complexities of owning two properties.
They are very patient, informative and fantastic at following up both with the banks and with me which I really need as Im pretty time-poor.

Great service from start to finish, with regular timely communication. Deslie's experience in the initial consult really shone, and gave us the confidence to go for it. Made the process of buying our first home quick and easy. Went the extra mile after finding out the JP we used didn't witness the mortgage document correctly when we were in a time crunch - organised for an early meeting to resign, and Cayla personally drove the document to the bank so it would get there in time.

Our experience with Mortgage Choice Ormeau has been excellent from the moment we attended our appointment with Deslie to finalising our settlement with Simone and everything in between. Throughout the process the team was professional, informative, compassionate, fun and exceptionally helpful.
