After 10 years with our bank, they refused to budge on our interest rate. Came to Duane and Louise and they were so incredibly honest, straight up and professional. Settled and were so much better off.

My wife and I just purchased a house and we worked with Duane and his staff at Mortgage Choice. We have never used a mortgage broker before, we have always dealt with the banks directly. After working Duane, he made the process so seamless and easy. We would never use anyone but the Coffs Mortgage Choice office in the future.They were extremely professional and gave us several options to secure a better deal than we could have secured ourselves by dealing with the banks directly.

The mortgage choice team has exceeded our expectations providing excellent customer service, knowledgeable recommendations and education on what to look put for when finding a mortgage. We were first home buyers with limited knowledge about the Australian mortgage system. Duane talked us through everything, there were no silly questions, and he made me feel like nothing was too much trouble. We interacted with the rest of the team, they were always professional and answered countless questions. With their help we got a mortgage right for us that was low stress and hassle free. From that initial conversation, I then went to see him at his office and found him very approachable and competent throughout the subsequent meetings.
