Mortgage Broker

As an award-winning mortgage broker and long-term Roxby Downs local, Joanne Dillon has been looking after the lending needs of Mid-North residents and FIFO workers from across the country for almost a decade.

Joanne is well established within the community as a trusted lending adviser, and is not only sensitive to the particular challenges facing both residents and FIFO workers across our region, but has the expertise and industry know-how to be their best representative when negotiating with lenders.

Although many bank branches have closed in Roxby Downs in recent years, Joanne has been supporting local residents by offering a reliable and fully encompassing mortgage broking service including all home loans, investment loans, construction loans and personal loans, and can now bring her expertise to customers living all over Australia.

Joanne is a highly experienced and credentialed professional, who has worked in the banking/lending industry for 30 years. She and her growing team at the Roxby Downs Mortgage Choice office are a big part of the community and demonstrate their support by sponsoring local events and sporting teams.

Joanne has an extensive background in Banking as well as Budgeting Strategies, which means she is well positioned to assist you in building your home deposit faster through appropriate budgeting and finacial education.

And while the office is located in Roxby Downs, Joanne provides a flexible service and looks after clients from anywhere around the country. “The majority of my clientele here are FIFO workers and I can help them when they’re on shift, they don’t have to wait till they get back home. To accommodate workers’ schedules, I’m available outside of working hours by arrangement.”

Mortgage Broker

Sharon Harvy is committed to providing great outcomes for her clients by offering upfront and ongoing support at every stage of their home loan journey.

“I genuinely care about my clients and dedicate time to getting to know them, so I can get a good understanding of their current and future needs,” she says. “I can then source suitable loan options and match them with the right product first time.”

Sharon is an experienced mortgage broker and her professional background in the industry dates back to the 1990s, when she worked with ANZ. Since then she has held positions at NAB and moved into mortgage broking in 2014. Her advice is informed by an in-depth knowledge of the lending market and the ability to find solutions that are structured to accommodate her client’s financial circumstances. With an engaging, trustworthy manner and preference for open communication, she provides clear advice, explanations and guidance, keeping her clients updated as their application progresses.

“Complementing my lending expertise, I also worked in the local real estate industry for five years,” Sharon says. “I understand the region’s housing market, and am familiar with the purchasing process from beginning to end and am ready to provide support in any way I can.

“Living in a regional area, the majority of the time I will have a level of mutual connection to my clients, making what I do so much more than just a business transaction.”

On a practical level, Sharon is driven by a strong work ethic and handles the administrative side of the borrowing process on her client’s behalf – focusing on the details and preparing a quality submission to ensure the application proceeds with a minimum of stress.

Sharon can assist with home loans, investment loans and personal loans. She lives in Wallaroo and provides a mobile service across the Yorke Peninsula and Mid North areas.
