Joanne Dillon has a reputation here in Roxby as being the most informed person to go to for financial advice for the future and Home buying. She is passionate about her work, in giving the right advice to meet the criteria asked by lenders and working to get the right deal for her clients. Finance can be such a mental minefield for the majority of people, including us. However, Joanne took that worry off our shoulders immediately and made the process of buying our property almost to the point of being ridiculously easy. Always approachable and refreshingly direct, Jo never missed returning a call or message, was happy to work out of hours and her confidence in us a clients made the whole process feel like a team effort where everyone wins.

Having loan approval early in the separation settlement, we where stuffed around with the Ex's lawyer for over 12 months, we had to start over again.

Jo went above & beyond to get my loan approved after the bank kept asking for more information & taking days to assess it ,then asking for more. They took far longer than the time allowed on the contract putting a lot of unnecessary stress on both me & the vendor.Without Jo putting pressure on by initiating a complaint & continually phoning them I don’t know if it would have happened.She kept me updated all the way.I would definitely recommend Jo .

Jo ensured she was always available when we had any questions. We are extremely grateful for all her help and she exceeded our expectations and spent many hours with us and various lenders trying to secure the right loan for us. I have and will continue to recommend her.
