John has been a great and invaluable help to us when seeking loan for our new home. It was tricky as we had to play the balance act between what we can borrow and what we can physically and comfortably service. He asked all the relevant questions and did all checks, listened to what we needed. He went above and beyond what was required and with us all the way making sure we get the best outcome. His market and product knowledge is outstanding, he is thorough and diligent and very very prompt. I would highly recommend Johns services. John is an absolute legend. We are first-time home buyers, and also had various complications with getting a mortgage such as both being self-employed with only a short amount of financial history to present to the banks. John was there from the get-go, giving us advice about how to get in as good a financial position as possible in advance of beginning our search, and then was with us every step of the way through the whole process. He is a calming positive influence when things get stressful, and always a voice of reason. When various obstacles came up along the way, John always quickly helped us find solutions. He secured us a really good mortgage deal in a much quicker timeframe than we had expected, and we were able to buy our dream house. Honestly can't thank John enough, and will be recommending him to everyone I know
