Leanne and her team have done an amazing job for us in the last few months. They made our first home loan application process as smooth as possible. We were first in contact with Leanne a year ago when she gave us lots of tips on how to prepare ourselves for buying. Since then, every time we called or emailed she was happy to chat and answer all our questions. Leanne is very knowledgeable, professional, experienced, approachable and has a great team working with her. She found us a good deal and helped to sort out the mess our bank caused which almost delayed building process. Luckily, Leanne and Belinda were on top of everything and sorted it all quickly without any delays. The whole process was smooth and easy thanks to them. We loved the convenience of having online meetings and sorting everything out via calls and emails instead of wasting time driving to the office. We are recommending Leanne to our friends and we'll be definitely coming back to her in future if we need a broker

Leanne and the team have done a great job for us for over a decade now new loans for owning and investing, including our first home, and refinancing too. Leanne is extremely knowledgeable about her industry and helps guide you through all the processes to make good choices. The team communicate exactly what documents to provide in an easy fashion to streamline the process, and they tend to know the ins and outs of different banks' requirements to get ahead of the curve. When banks do unusual things as they do they communicate quickly and efficiently to get your loan moving.

Leanne is the best We've used her as our mortgage broker for many years, for multiple investment purchases and refinances for our property portfolio. She's highly competent and professional and has been able to negotiate better rates and loan packages than we've been able to find anywhere else. Furthermore, Leanne and her team don't drop the ball once they get you a loan approval, they liaise with with your new lender, old lender for mortgage discharge and conveyancers, going above and beyond to ensure settlement deadlines are met.
