Livio listened to what I was looking for, gave me achievable realistic options that suited my goals and soon Ill be moving into my dream location He has a great understanding of the current future market and the western suburbs. He was patient with my questions and always had time to explain any part of the process I needed clarity on. Hes approachable you never leave a conversation without a smile and a laugh. Livio and Anna provided an excellent service when I went to them to refinance my loans. On short notice they were able to change my loan type given changing goals and a dynamic interest rate environment.

Going for my first home loan and I had no idea what the deal was, Livio was recommended to me, we had a chat and he was great and straight to the point. I wouldnt ordinarily write feedback on anyones service, being in the service industry myself I tend to be a little more critical than most.
We have been buying selling properties for a number of years now, and weve been using the same broker for the past 16 years.
We tend to stick to one broker due the complexity of the transactions, the volume of questions and information sort after, to-ing and fro-ing from the banks to the broker.
In any case it never ends up becoming a great customer experience, theres always a drama of sorts.
I suggested we speak with Livio at Mortgage Choice Findon, I had heard some really good feedback from other people that had dealings with Livio, and wanted to check it out and see.
My husband was very reluctant
We made the initial contact advising Livio what we wanted to do and the property we wanted to purchase.
He replied via email to both of us advising what he needed from us and emailed a form he required us to complete.
Within days he came back with a product that met our needs, great rates and recommended changing banks.
Well we all know when it comes to changing banks how much of an inconvenience that process can be.
A week had gone by and I hadnt heard anything, mu husband said I think theres something wrong here, we havent heard anything, were going to miss the deadline for the finance clause, we should have stuck with the original broker I was worried.
Well, just as I said that we received an email congratulating us on the loan approval REALLY
Not only did we get the loan at a great rate, we got all approvals and changed banks with accounts organised . Just sign on the dotted line

Steven has a great understanding of what a customer wants and knowledge of how to pair it best with the range of products they offer to ultimately save us money on our repayments. Steven Voroniansky was awesome. I am so much more informed and a lot less stressed about the house buying process as he answered all of my questions, 100 times. Our first appointment was 2 hours long - he did everything so thoroughly I literally knew to the cent what i'd have to pay. After, he answered at least 100 of my emails so that I could get further clarification. I totally suck and hate numbers but he made everything soo much easier.
