Getting to know you

An email will be sent to you with a link to your secure MyHub portal where you can safely provide information and documentation as requested by your broker. The more information you provide, the more productive your broker meeting will be!

     


Launch your journey

Once your information is complete, your financing specialist will meet with you for an in-depth consultation. You'll get a clear picture of your current position and the recommended next steps to get you to your financial and lifestyle goals.

This step provides your broker with a comprehensive understanding of your financial circumstances and allows your broker to:

It usually takes between 30 to 45 minutes to complete your MyHub profile and documentation – the more information you provide, the more relevant and accurate the advice you'll receive from your home loan broker.

Lenders will review your bank statements to ascertain your financial position and general conduct through spending habits, debt obligations, bills and regular income. 

Most lenders like to see 90 days or 3 months of bank statement data. Some lenders do require more, sometimes up to 6 months. 

This is why we will ask you to supply us with bank and transaction statements upfront so your mortgage broker can review every detail to accurately advise a best fit solution.

By providing your statements via the BankStatements.com.au link, it ensures that your broker is seeing exactly what the lenders can see.

The Illion BankStatements.com.au service is a secure and incredibly easy way to retrieve your bank transaction statements to your broker in a couple of clicks.

Illion is a main provider of data and analytics products and services in Australasia and is the company that collects individual and business credit history information and compiles credit reports and credit scores.

The BankStatements.com.au service is free to our clients, and all data sent to the BankStatements server is encrypted with 256-bit encryption and secured by 2048-bit keys – this is the same level of protection that your bank provides.
