Monica will help you get your home loan across the line, keeping things on track for you from submission to settlement. She's also here to answer any questions about your loan progress too, so ask away! In essence, she makes the paperwork easy for you, applying an attentive eye to progress your loan and keeping you updated throughout so you're informed on next steps and milestones.
Monica’s background working with her own family business and in administration roles means she keeps our team organised in a busy role, and always provides service with a smile to our clients. When Monica isn't busy looking after our clients she can be found cooking up a storm (she's a dessert queen!) and she loves spending time with her family.
Jess Watson

Jess' attentive and empathetic approach will support you through the ups and downs that can occur during the loan process. Taking you from loan submission to settlement, Jess will be proactively chasing the lender on your behalf to ensure your loan is progressing through the milestones. She'll be your go-to for status updates on your loan from the time your application is with the lender all the way to settlement.
Her ability to cultivate relationships within our lending community and her attention to detail ensures a smooth loan process, freeing up your time so you can get back to more important things in life – like finding your dream house! Jess' love for taking care of others spans into her personal life. She's a keen animal rescuer and currently shares her residence with 6 rabbits and 2 cats!
Jess holds a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and a Diploma in Business Management.
Georgia Zepcevski

Georgia comes with extensive experience in customer service and plays a vital role in our office, managing our day-to-day duties and ensuring that every client is well looked after as the first point of contact.
She is here as a dedicated resource to help you organise and prepare for your upcoming mortgage broker meeting. When she's not making our office feel like home, you can find Georgia walking Charlie (her Schnoodle) in the neighbourhood in between playing dinosaurs with her kids.

With extensive senior corporate management experience, Foong-Yue has led, executed and mentored multiple enterprise-wide operational initiatives optimising service levels to support exceptional customer experiences.
Her role at Mortgage Choice Chatswood focuses on continuous improvement and sees her working closely with the team to ensure that they are equipped with the right tools and processes to deliver outstanding service outcomes whilst supporting their professional development and wellbeing needs at every step.
A former graphic designer by trade, Foong-Yue enjoys painting and drawing in her spare time and has had work exhibited in galleries across Melbourne.
