Mark, Monica and Georgia were very fast to respond to messages, extremely helpful putting in the application and really did find the best option for our refinance which I also researched myself and came to the same conclusion. I have been a loyal customer of Mortgage Choice since I have met Steven over 5 years ago at the old office at HELP street and he made the journey towards home ownership made simple. I only went to Mortgage Choice after I visited a Bank West branch in Chatswood and bank staff was not helpful with the rate and we managed to secure a great rate with NAB through Steven for our first home loan.
Monica has also made the process of closing the loan out easier with regular updates and checked in yearly with us about the loan. The key is to ask questions. I have asked many questions and Steve always provide answers that allow me to make informed decisions. I have just gone through another refinance with them and I am sure I will stay with them for future dealings.

My wife and I are seasoned property investors, both locally and overseas. Our mortgage broker Steve Dal Molin therefore had a relatively easy start as we already had most if not all information he needed to get the loan application going. Unfortunately we used a bank which was so disjointed and so disorganised that the entire loan process was a nightmare for us and Steve.
We ended up missing out on one property entirely due to the lender's delays, and could well have lost our current property if not for the stellar work done by Steve, above and beyond what would be expected from most brokers. Steve worked tirelessly on our case, escalating the issue through various levels of the bank, even contacting a regional manager at one stage.
In our experience, most mortgage brokers even some bank managers, other than providing basic additional assistance, would have shrugged their shoulders and told us that we have to wait for the bank to sort itself out, or at least told us to abide by the timeframes the bank gave us to resolve their issues. Luckily for us Steve didn't fit into this category.
We are now living in our dream home, and can comfortably say that this would not be the case if not for the tireless work done by Steve on our behalf.
