These disbursements do not include the cost of Pest and Buliding Reports and or Strata Reports which can be arranged at cost. No fees are required to be paid prior to settlement (regardless of the length of time until settlement). Further, no fees are charged if at any time prior to exchange of Contracts, a decision is made not to proceed with the purchase.
