With more than 25 years’ experience in the finance industry, including 16 years with a leading bank in roles covering personal and business lending, capital markets investment and marketing research, Sally offers her clients an enormous breadth of experience and an impressive range of skills.

Your personal requirements and financial needs are paramount to Sally, so it is hardly surprising that she cites listening skills, empathy and a keen attention to detail as some of the key elements of her service that have assured client satisfaction. Sally says that she is not only rewarded by helping clients get the results they were looking for, but also by the word-of-mouth referrals that comprise the bulk of her business.

Sally has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Securities Institute of Australia Graduate Diploma. She is also an Associate of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).

While Sally is based in Malvern East, she offers a mobile service and currently cares for clients across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria, as well as expatriates living in Hong Kong and Europe.

Karen has over 15 years’ experience in banking and lending including management, training, business growth and development. This has given her a vast and unique breadth of knowledge in lending policies across a variety of lenders. She also keeps up to date with the various new products and structures that hit the market.

Karen is passionate about providing outstanding customer service, and she goes to great lengths to ensure this.

“Being a great mortgage broker is all about education and communication,” she says. “Listening carefully to clients is the key, ensuring that I understand their needs and offer options that will set the right foundations to achieve short and long-term goals.”

Karen enjoys building relationships with clients that are long term. She is professional and approachable and always puts her clients first.

She is able to assist all types of borrowers – first homebuyers, those looking to refinance an existing property or purchase a new property, and those wanting to start or grow their investment property portfolio.

Karen offers a fully mobile service throughout metropolitan Melbourne but can work with clients anywhere in Australia.
