As a first home buyer Shree went over and beyond what his duty entailed. Shree went above and beyond to help me find the right mortgage. He provided really good advice on multiple scenarios and helped me find the right mortgage for me. He acted vigilantly and always informed me of any updates on my application. Upon settlement he went through all the details with me in regards to accounts and direct debits so its easy for me to transition into.

Shree was very helpful throughout the process. This was our first home and he explained everything clearly. He went well beyond my expectation. He was alway available. He did home visits for me which he didnt need to do, helped with the price negotiations as well as interpreting the building reports.

We refinanced and went to nab. Our interest rate went down by 1 . Refinancing with Shree this time was a lot easier than last time when we went to the bank directly.
I took Shrees help to refinance my current loan. I was having issues with valuation from CBA. He found me a lender that gave us the valuation we needed and and reduced my rate by more than 1 .
The best part is he does home visits. So I did not have to leave my house to get the refinance done. Also got a huge cash back back when I switched to the new lender.
He also did the comparison between different lenders and explained each offers and went for the best deal that met my requirements. Once again Thank you Shree. I will definitely recommend your professional service to all my family and friends. Keep up the good work.
I contacted Shree when a friend of mine recommended him to me. Whole process of refinancing went smoothly. He was able to reduce my monthly payment by more than 500. My new rate is 1.88. He come to see me in my house 3 times to help me with various things. From interview to the helping me sign the documents, he was there whenever I needed him. He was also able to pay for the break fee to get me out of my fixed rate.
