The loan process is generally the most stressful and frustrating part of home purchasing. Terri Unwin and her associate Heather Williams were without fail a source of assistance, information and most of all patience during the process. They were responsive to me when I had questions and always kept a positive attitude no matter how frequent I called on them. I was in desperate need of help to sort out a loan for a divorce settlement and on a very short time frame. Being a single mum was limiting my options. Terri came to the rescue. I think my only feedback would be some sort of flowchart to understand the process better from both a bank and builders side. Even though i've gone through the mortgage process twice now, going through the application process for a mortgage extension due to a build it was like nothing i had ever experienced before so found it quite confusing. At the end of it we managed to work through it and both Terri and Heather were helpful through the process.
