Terri and Tanya provided me with excellent service; they kept in contact throughout the loan and even calculated exactly what deposit I needed to avoid paying any LMI after the loan had already been approved. They really went above and beyond and I appreciated there extra help with explaining all the technical terms and different options, which for me being a first home buyer was quite confusing.
