We are forever grateful to you guys for going above and beyond for us. I highly recommend using them, especially at times of higher interest rates when you want to be certain your getting the best possible loan and you don't have time to research all the lenders.

We struggled for two years trying to deal with other mortgage brokers to organise an investment loan and increase. In the space of a few weeks, Tracey got the loan through, fought for our rights to a better deal and had it ready to go for when the building increase was applied. I cannot say enough about how dedicated and easy she was to work with

Professional service and goes above all expectations
We purchased a property off-the-plan and it took 18months from exchange of contracts to settlement due to construction delays. Tracey and Cienna looked after us during the entire process. You can only imagine the HUNDREDS of emails and phone calls and online meetings we have made to them during that 18 months. Tracey and her team is an absolute professional always very quick to reply, and transparent with our options. During that 18 months the interest rates have significantly hiked up and we were worried about not being able to service the loan on settlement day. Tracey and Cienna found ways to help us navigate through these trying times. We definitely felt that we wouldnt have gotten our house without their skills and knowledge in the industry.
