As first home buyers, the initial Mortgage Loan process can be daunting. When we first approached Anthony for our home loan, he was friendly, bubbly and always willing to help. Each step of the way, Anthony was clear and transparent with the process and ensured to make the overall journey seamless and stress-free.
As my partner is self-employed, Anthony guided us 6 months before applying to find a lender that would accept his income. Our application was submitted on 233, followed by the pre-approval on 253, which was much quicker than expected.
A week later, we found the property and signed the contract on Friday evening, 14, and Anthony was able to get our formal approval on Tuesday, 54, which was brilliant.
We also had strong communication with Anthonys employee, Reece, during the process. He was professional, efficient, and helpful in assisting with the application. Both Anthony and Reece make a superb team

As first home buyers, the initial Mortgage Loan process can be daunting. When we first approached Anthony for our home loan, he was friendly, bubbly and always willing to help. Each step of the way, Anthony was clear and transparent with the process and ensured to make the overall journey seamless and stress-free.
As my partner is self-employed, Anthony guided us 6 months before applying to find a lender that would accept his income. Our application was submitted on 23/3, followed by the pre-approval on 25/3, which was much quicker than expected.
A week later, we found the property and signed the contract on Friday evening, 1/4, and Anthony was able to get our formal approval on Tuesday, 5/4, which was brilliant.

Anthony and Reece were amazing, every step of the way. Polite, understanding of our circumstances and followed up regularly not insistently, purely as needed to keep the process moving forward. They provided advice we needed and kept us up to date with the latest and best offers across the banks they work with. We have taken out a split loan with an online bank that is perfect for us.

Had a very pleasant experience with Anthony Gerungan from Mortgage Choice in Central Coast in refinancing our home loans. His communication and conduct was very professional.
