As a first home buyer my daughter was nervous about how you go about getting a home loan also the actual house buying process. Chris was very helpful, friendly knew his stuff giving my daughter the confidence to reach her home ownership goal. Also thank you for the free property reports, a great extra service.

Without their guidance we would not be in the house we have. Their knowledge of the industry even with us being in another state coupled with honest and realistic advice helped alleviate a lot of the stress in our first home purchase where we had no experience. We subsequently used them for our car loan, and the service and communication we received was as outstanding as with our home loan. Cannot recommend enough

Chris was given the difficult task to completely refinance our situation and also set up a new investment loan. Lots of paperwork with lots of phone calls and meetings but we got there in the end and Chris was in contact with us all the way.
Chris and Catherine were just marvellous! We were mature applicants, we didn't expect to land such a great home loan. We were completely thrilled. Plus they made it all so easy. Chris was in constant communication, we knew where we stood at all times and he did the work for us. He fitted into our hours, often calling late in the evening, as this is what suited us best. Even the fact that we live interstate and bought interstate didn't cause a problem. More than highly recommended.

Very happy with the service provided by Chris and the team in Doncaster. Constantly reassuring while steering us through the sometimes murky waters of purchasing via a Self Managed Super Fund. We used Chris on recommendation and have no regrets - he guided us through the whole house purchase minefield and was with us every step of the way, any time of day or night. He came to the house after hours to fit in with our work schedule and got us a great deal that our own bank couldn't beat - and he took care off all of the paperwork and loan submissions. I really liked working with him through such a stressful time and all the additional touches like free property assessments on potential properties were invaluable when we were flooded from all sides with total information overload.
