It is a pleasure for me to write about the exceptional service and professionalism of Jack Starkey at Mortgage Choice Glenelg. From our first meeting I was very impressed with his care and personalized attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble and even if he was not available, he returned my calls very promptly. Purchasing a home is one of the biggest commitments anyone can undertake - with Jack in support the process was seamless.

Keith and his team are unbelievably helpful and efficient. We had an initial meeting which we went through a number of different options and analyses. This changed our thinking and how we approached buying a property. When we did get an offer accepted - we ambitiously had a 15 day settlement term. Keith and his team worked tirelessly to get our loan application done and even shopped for discount with our current home loan vendor which was successful and resulted in quite a few percentage different huge impact over the life of the loan. This time I had a new complicated challenging refinancing need and was encouraged to try one of their biggest competitors. Dont know why I bothered going to that group as everything was hard from the first meeting. They basically said I was too old and put up so many road blocks as to why I couldnt do what I wanted.
This competitor was in stark contrast to Mortgage Choice where from the first meeting with Jack there he was so welcoming, calm and professional. He had such a can do attitude and persisted. When he struck problems with my bank of over 20 years he didnt give up. He found a bank that solved my requirements.

Keith was able to secure us a very competitive loan which met our requirements and financial circumstances. Initially I was quite sceptical about financial planning but after our first meeting with Malcolm I could quickly see the value. Life insurance was a foreign concept to me prior to meeting Malcolm, but as he says the biggest asset you have is the ability to earn an income and this is so very true when you think how much you will earn over a life time. Malcolm was able to find life insurance policies to suit both my wife and myself from a range of insurers. This is no simple task as no two insurance policies are the same, however Malcolm was able to select quality polices for us which we know we could depend on if we ever needed it. Malcolm reviewed our super funds we had a time and was able to consolidate these into a fund with lower fees and ensure our money was invested inline with our risk appetite. Malcolm has also been able to set up a number of investment funds which we regularly contribute to which will help achieve our financial goal. A financial plan is not something you just set up and forget but something that evolves each year. Every year during our regular review Malcolm surprises me with new valuable ideas which suits our changing circumstances. Due to Malcoms market knowledge he is also recommends new products that have become available that suit us better. I am a hard person to convince and like to know all the details and Malcolm always has the answers. I can't speak highly enough of Rea and Ginet, who have gone above and beyond in sorting out our mortgages for a partial discharge. Ginet went in to bat for us when the bank, without any justification, suddenly dropped one of their own very recent valuations on a property by a stonking amount. We have discharged three properties this year, and each time Rea and Ginet have been a tower of strength and information, untangling various knots and smoothing the way with both bank conveyancer.
We had a property settle today, and Ginet even picked up a very stupid mistake I had made with a bank account number, which I had wrongly entered at the last minute. This could have cost us very dearly had she not been totally on the ball. Amazing customer service, and always friendly, cheerful, and excellent communicators. Very happy with Mortgage Choice Glenelg, which we have used for a number of years now. Thanks for the great service.
