From the very first phone call with Lance to the last appointment with Gina, the mortgage choice team have been amazing I am so grateful for the time they took to educate me on the different options available for my refinancing process. I'm totally satisfied with their level of service. They are able to meet a very tight deadline and in my case, we have only 14 days to get the finance sorted out for our investment property. Lance and Gina are amazing. They dealt with everything and explained the purchasing process. I had no idea what was involved buying a house and did not have much of a deposit together. Lance told us what our goals should be and what our budget should be. They helped us get into an amazing property we never thought we would be able to purchase. The best part is their service and availability. Lance was available at 10 at night one evening for important documentation. The next best part is they are non partisan and free for you as a purchaser.

My husband and I have have been speaking with Lance from Mortgage Choice since 2016 when we first thought we were ready to buy a house. Lance was great and very honest with us, acknowledging that we had a few things to improve on prior to making a huge commitment in buying our first house.
This really helped us improve our saving goals and mindset and within 4 years with a wedding and baby thrown into the mix we were back on Lance's door step with real confidence to buy.

We were basiclly told by various other lenders that we were not suitble for any home loan.... and no we were not overeaching just self employed.... lance basiclly got our info together and worked his magic and found a home loan within the week. without these guys we wouldnt have got our dream home And for this i can't stress that these guys will look after you with the upmost respect
