I'm delighted to share my experience with Ralph. Ralph's invaluable support and extensive knowledge made our home buying journey an absolute joy from start to finish. his expertise is unmatched, whether it was day or night, he was always there to address our concerns and questions, we couldn't be happier with our experience.
We have been clients of Ralph and his team at Mortgage Choice Neutral Bay for over 10yrs and in all our dealings with them throughout this time we know that everything they do is in our best interests which is incredibly reassuring for a young family. Ralph is always there to answer your questions and provides you with clear messaging which is so important when making a decision of such importance. I contacted Ralph when I needed to get advice, info and guidance on purchasing my first home. Ralph went above and beyond to insure I understood each step from application to settlement. One of the most important components for me was clear and continuous communication. Both Ralph Susie kept me up to date with everything. Ralph provided us with an excellent service. As new home buyers he took the time to educate us and made sure we were completely comfortable with the process We had a very short settlement period and Ralph made it easy and stress free.
The first time I experienced the services of Ralph Delaat, was in 2002, when looking for finance on my first investment property. On that occasion, Ralph set the standard to which I have become accustomed.
His understanding of the buying process, including the various different lenders' requirements loan to value ratios, loan serviceability requirements, employment history, etc. meant that he could recommend the most suitable lender to me, without me having to approach multiple lenders myself.
His continual feedback of the application status as we went through the process meant that I could leave that with him, while I could focus on other things.
Fast forward almost two decades and he has been an integral part of me building an investment portfolio of properties. Providing the loan is not the end game for Ralph. During those two decades, he has regularly contacted me as interest rates and lending practices have changed. This has resulted in me refinancing several times - each time obtaining improvements in cost effectiveness.
I thoroughly recommend Ralph for all of your property financing needs, whether for your own residence, or for your property investments.
So thankful for the support and advice offered by Ralph. Buying our first home was initially very daunting, he sat with us , was patient and repeated himself many times without getting frustrated, provided education and went over and above to make sure we understood and made informed choices. He also found us such a great rate and mortgage structure that suits us. I highly recommend Ralph and the team, couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Ralph and Susie of Mortgage Choice had to pull out absolutely all the stops to help us secure our mortgage, but seemingly no challenge is too great for them. I remember a number of after-hours telephone calls with Ralph as he worked overtime to find and explain all of our choices and options. Working with Ralph and Susie was an end to end great customer experience. The transition from one bank to another was seamless and required no effort from us. We met with Ralph a couple of times to discuss the best options to finance our new home. We both work for a large blue chip financial institution, and Ralph worked extremely hard to get us the best deal possible and it worked out to be a much cheaper deal than our own staff offer.

The service was impeccable - they kept me up to date with the process, counselled me through set backs, were always pleasant and most of all worked diligently on my loan.
