Have just gone through the whole loan process and have recently had my settlement Worked with Brianna and Scott who were super helpful with any questions I had and was quick to get back to me. They both would go above and beyond for whatever assistance I needed. I definitely would get in contact with again in future and would recommend them.

Scott would help you find good conveyancers and building inspectors if you do not have one or a struggling to find one. I purchased an off the plan property in 2019, but due to COVID delays it only settled in September 2023.
Through this period, I was calling Scott nearly monthly as interest rates went up and any financial decision I was making. He always got back to me and reassured me of my position.
Even at time of signing the loan when everything was approved. We came across a different bank offering better rates, and he was more than happy to put that loan on hold and investigate the new loan provider. It ended up being that the original loan was more suitable and even after all the fuss of going through the second loan process which didnt eventuate, he was calm and happy.
The patience he showed, especially for a first home buyer was next to none. If you are looking for a mortgage broker. He was the one.
As first home buyers, we recently worked with Scott and Marina to secure a loan. Initially, I had a consultation with a few brokers - where they plugged in some numbers and spat out how much I can borrow.
On the contrary, my consultation with Scott was uniquely different. Although obtaining the numbers is usually a necessity, Scott was able to further gain other information about me to help find a lender suitable for me. This highlights how client-centred their point of care is. He was also able to educate me and demonstrate what each lender could provide, what each numbers meant, provide me with what-if scenarios and formulate a plan to achieve my goal through tables and graphs.

Scott was able to navigate through the variety of lender's policies which he seem to have so much familiarity with and what they can offer. His extensive knowledge in the field really spoke for itself and he always had a thorough response with every question I had - I am glad he was able to educate me along the way, which I find of high value in any field. It was important to me to learn why I was doing things a certain way and assessing my options rather than, doing something because someone said so. In addition, he was able to extend my pre-approval validity despite the current raise in interest-rates that would alter your pre-approval. This was due to his long-term relationship with some of the lenders and they were able to provide this exception.
Through-out the entirety of this process, Marina was able to answer all my questions - any time of the day. This really speaks highly of her commitment and work ethic in her service. She was always prompt with her responses and efficient in what was required for submission and was able to efficiently liaise between parties - although dependent on the circumstance, my pre-approval came back in 2-3 days, my approval came back within less than a week I give credit to Marina who was able to outline what was required effectively so that I can return that back to her. Her communication won't disappoint if you're trying to find a service with impeccable responses.
I have already highly recommended Scott Marina to my family and friends and would continue to extend this recommendation to anyone who requires their service.

Ive been talking about getting on the property market for so long. I knew I was financially able, but I didnt know what the best first step was for me, with the option to buy on my own or with my partner and the option to live-in or to invest. What should my financial position be in these scenarios And what would happen if I couldnt maintain the same income
I didnt know where to start or who to talk to first. I thought I needed to learn more about the market before I could decide what to do and felt I needed to know what my end goal was before asking for advice, but I was wrong.
After one conversation with Scott, I felt like I knew so much more about my options. Scott spent time with me to go through several scenarios based on my financial position, so that I had all the information I needed to decide what would be the best first step for now and for the future. He did this for me as an individual and for us as a partnership.
