It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Cameron and the team. From initial contact to settlement it was a seamless process, something we should of done a long time ago.
Really happy with Cam and his team. Very patient with me as I was on and off looking for a place. Amazing how quick and responsive he is while being very detailed in answering all of my questions always addressing each one them clearly. Was on top of everything with settlement and loan approval process making everything as easy as could be.
Mortgage Choice helped me acquire my home loan and just recently refinancing. Honestly it couldn't have been easier with the team helping me through all the steps to take and taking the time to explain anything I didn't quite understand.

I can't recommend Cameron enough to anyone looking for a broker From the very first communication he made the process so easy and clear. As a first home buyer he made me feel involved and educated throughout the whole process rather than just being told what I should do, which I had found seemed to be the way some other brokers operate. He was extremely responsive and always happy to answer any questions, and helped to ensure my settlement went smoothly We found a bank that suited all my needs for my loan and were able to easily make use of concessions available to me. I will definitely use Cameron in the future for refinancing or any future purchases

Mortgage Choice asked me if I'd like them to check how much I was paying in interest for my mortage, and within 48 hours of me saying yes, they had got my bank to reduce the rate so much that it saved me nearly 6,000 a year You can't really argue with that kind of success.

I have used Stephen and his team several times now for purchasing property, both investment and own home, as well as refinancing. Stephen has always been able to get us a great deal and is very knowledgable about all things mortgages. I would not hesitate in utilising his services again when the time arises.
Cameron was of great help and support in the tough process of buying a home. We initially tried to go ahead on our own, and spent a lot of time educating ourselves on the process and there were always little details we weren't sure about. It was great to be able to rely on someone with a lot of experience in the field. Cameron's advice on selecting a lender was also very helpful, beyond just the interest rates, on intangible aspects such as responsiveness of the lender. Mortgage Choice's property reports are also very handy and detailed.

Extremely pleased with the services provided by Chantelle and her team member Tracey. Chantelle initially provided us with detailed lender comparisions and associated cost savings. We have communicated with other lenders and found Chantelle's responses detailed, timely and profressional. We settled almost 3 months after our approval and the delay was massively due to COVID related backlog. During this time, Tracey contiguously kept us up to date with delays and responses from lender. I work for two jobs and always heard that only full time workers have high chance to get home loan since the lending policy was tightened. I did not think about buying a house until one friend asked me to try anyway. I found Cameron through MPA Mortgage Professional Australia and and thought I may just do a free consultation which wouldn't hurt. I booked a phone consultation with him and he asked me about some basic information work history, salary, ect. He reassured me that there were loans that suit my needs. After that he assisted me with every single step get a loan, inspect house, get valuation, apply for FHOG ect. Cameron and Nadia always got back to me promptly whenever I had questions, even on weekends Luckily enough I bought a house in three months. The initial interest rate that Cameron negotiated with the banker for me was lower than what was advertised by the bank. Now as the central bank lowered the interest rate, my interest is even lower. Without Cameron and his team's help, I would have not become a home owner in my 20s. I can't appreciate more and will use his service again in the future.

It was an extremely easy process for me to get an increase in my loan. Cameron explained the figures and other related things in a manner that was easy to understand for me and my partner. He discussed matters that we have not thought about ourselves and this really helped us in our decision making. Top notch customer service!
Amazing customer service, Cameron and Nadia have been extremely helpful and taken the time to assist me through the different stages of my property purchase and knockdown rebuild project: - Providing me with numerous property valuation reports when I was still looking for a property to purchase. - Suggesting the best finance options based on my current situation. - Assisting me through the property settlement process and then with the construction loan for my knockdown rebuild project.

Cameron came on recommendation from a friend. I was initially very much a skeptic about mortgage brokers, as I am one of those people who painstakingly researches and does everything myself e.g. I do my own tax every year, crazy right. But I am so glad I was talked into going to meet and chat with Cameron, as it has been such easy and smooth sailing with him and I have saved myself so much time, effort and stress over the years with him as my broker.
Really fabulous service over two refinances and a new loan. Always extremely quick to respond and doesn't ever make me feel like any of my queries are silly even though they usually are lol. Always positive, friendly and happy, always wise and honest with his advice - doesn't let me go into risky territory. Gets inside deals and knowledge I couldn't, that have saved me lots of money. For example, when I was recently going to refinance, he let me know that rates were going to go up the next day for the 5 year fixed product I was interested in, so I was able to quickly lock it in and get it for 3.84 instead of 4.19. And just so easy having the MC team do all the leg-work, forms etc. for me I did my original settlement myself directly with the bank and wow, what a pain it was - never again.

We had an extremely complex ask with a refi to get cash out which would be a part of deposit for a new purchase. All to be done and dusted in 4-6 weeks considering that we had a signed contract for the new purchase.
