More than helpful with advice as we shifted from building loan applications to purchase loan applications. Secured fantastic market rates on fixed as well. When first discussing loan with bank the customer service rep actually said the broker deserves a bottle of champagne for those rates...

I work nightshift. So dealing with banks etc can sometimes be difficult. Andrew and his team do all the paperwork, then I just have to call into their office to sign the contracts.
