We had used Andrew a few years ago but had then gone with a different broker. The new company had set us up with a fixed, 5 year loan which wasnt great for us but what can you do. The end of the term rolled around but they didnt even email us to see or offer any new deals.
But Andrew had stayed in touch over the whole five year period and was ready with a great deal as soon as we got out of our previous contract.

Driving to the first auction on Saturday morning with an online bank pre-approval and still not quite sure about the borrowing capacity of yours Literally in the car I called Andrew and he happily provided us with a quick calcs on that matter.
